Our History
Hire Solutions understands the difficulty it takes weeding through resume after resume to find qualified candidates. We also know how time and resource intensive this can be for employers. Our goal is to reduce this stress and allow employers to focus their efforts elsewhere while we provide the hiring function. Below is a broad outline of our approach. No approach is 100% effective but we've learned, over the years, that if we follow the guideline below the success is inevitable.
Identify

The first step in our approach is to identify an initial, exclusive list of qualified

candidates. Our team is equipped with all the tools necessary, including an extensive database and vast network of contacts in the industry. An initial screen will then determine if the candidate is ready for a subsequent, in-depth assessment.

Assess
While a candidate's skill set may be a match, it's no assurance that an ideal match can be made. Additional factors need to be analyzed including salary, commute limits and other intangibles.
Present
Once the candidate has passed our initial screening process, the next step is the client presentation. This makes the first two steps in this process extremely important as it helps us to limit the number of candidates we present to only the most qualified. You can rest assured that you will only receive the best and most qualified candidates.
